Did an amazing job fixing up my car’s damage. Giving three stars because they left my car (over the weekend) unlocked in the front parking lot. Locking the car should be the bare minimum of safety for customers’ cars, so there’s no excuse there.

It was a pleasure to work with the entire family at D&I. Ashley W was my point of contact, and never had had to search for her because she was proactive in her communication, and anticipated all of my needs. My vehicle looks great, and I am still in the process of benefiting from the relationship with this knowledgeable and resourceful team!!!

Ashley was both friendly, knowledgeable and competent, a pleasure to work with. This was a cash transaction and she worked with me to keep the cost as reasonable as possible. The work addressed a scrape/ dent that extended to all panels on the passenger side. During the work they discovered a broken rear bumper bracket, and after they notified me, they replaced the bumper as well at a reasonable cost. The work was completed quickly at the earliest estimated time, less than 3 days. I had noticed one of the headlamps was out and when I picked the car up from Aaron, he took care of that as well. Top Notch service from this auto body shop! I was hit by another vehicle and after extensive research, I found this shop and from the minute I walked in it was professional and welcoming. Ashley was beyond helpful and treated my job with professionalism, urgency and I didn't have to lift a finger. Constant communication made this experience the smoothest one I have ever dealt with. I had a fabulous experience with D&I Auto. I brought my 2013 BMW 128i in for an assessment to replace my bumper, fender, and headlight. It took five minutes and Aharon immediately inspired confidence and made me feel comfortable. Once I brought the car in, there was a bit more work than was apparent at first glance, but they were great about communicating at every step, so I was never surprised. I brought my 2022 Mazda CX5 to D&I for some body work. The car had some damage to the bumper over the back passenger tire. I was met by Ben, who quickly assessed the damage, produced a quote and called immediately for parts to be delivered ASAP. The price was fair, and the actual body work was great! They even touched up a scratch that wasn’t in the quote. My car looks as good as new. Equally important as the work was the quick turnover time. I turned my car in on a Friday and it was ready for pick up by Tuesday afternoon. Ben and Aharon both provided excellent service. I highly recommend them, and if I am unfortunate enough to need any more car repairs in the future, I will be using their company/service again.
